Many of you will recognize me from my many years working with The Poole family at Buckeye Surf and Kawartha Lifestyle. In the early 2000's I started on the floor and, years later found myself in a marketing roll. My favourite campaign is one I’m sure you’re all familiar with … Hip Town, an extremely humbling campaign to be part of. Over the many years, I had an amazing work family at Buckeye, with friendships that continue today.

In 2018, life threw my family a curveball that lead me to make the move to DeNure Tours in Lindsay as their marketing coordinator. I learned a lot marketing travel on a national level but, like many of you, my life was greatly affected by the Covid lockdowns. Some good, some not so great. As tourism came to a standstill I continued to work remotely while being home with my kids through the wild ride that was online learning. An opportunity came up in early 2021 that led me to join the team at Blewett Printing as their graphic designer. Having a position that allowed me to be creative everyday was a dream come true! In the spring of 2024 I found out that Lorrie was looking to wind down Graphix by Design and it felt like the stars were  aligning. I had said for years that if Lorrie ever sold, I was interested in purchasing.

 

In April, I purchased Graphix by Design and rebranded the company as the Bobcaygeon Sign & Design Company. A short time later I moved into the heart of Bobcaygeon where I have had a ton of support from Lorries past clients as well as making connections with new clients. I look forward to working with you on all your projects big and small!​
